PELENG is a multi-product company that has:

- highly-qualified personnel,

- well-developed prototype and serial production facilities with advanced multi-purpose equipment,

- experimental and testing base.

PELENG has got its own manufacturing infrastructure, that enables full cycle of development, production, testing and commissioning of the optoelectronic systems and devices.

The existing production facilities enable performance of the following technological operations:

 - Mechanical part machining: turning, milling, circular and plane grinding, jig-boring, gear-hobbing; complex CNC processing (accuracy up to 0.004 mm);

 - Application of powder coatings on metal parts;

 - Cabling and PCB wiring: single and multi-layer PCB wiring, dense-packed 3-D PCB wiring, parameters checking and electric testing, units dimensioned wiring, cables production and wiring;

 - Castng: casting by the lost-wax process into plaster forms, burnt-pattern casting;

 - Optical glass processing - blank cutting, grinding, polishing, centering; making of lenses, prisms, plates; vacuum coating;

 - Optical units and lens systems assembly, testing and certification of lighting parameters;

 - Assemly: kitting-up, unit assembly, product assembly;

 - Adjustment: tuning-up and setting of units, fixation of adjusted units.

- CAD-CAM enabled production process:

(Pro-Engineer, Autocad, Inventor, PCAD), automatic cost calculation.
