The PELENG's Quality Management System corresponds to the ISO
9001-2008 standard and ensures product quality at all stages of its life cycle.
The Quality Management System is approved by the Certification Association "Russian Register" in the International certification system IQNet and is accepted as corresponding to the International system ISO 9001-2008 in terms of development, production, repair and warranty maintenance of devices and systems for optical research and control equipment.
The designing and technological documentation before sending into production is undergone metrological expertise and normal inspection to satisfy requirements of the technical assignment and technical standards, and reliability.
The applied materials and bought components obligatory go through incoming inspection.
The manufactured products are fully tested at the testing and reliability laboratory according to the designing and technological standards and documentatuion.
The Quality Management System, that covers the development, production, repair and warranty maintenance of defence and aerospase products, is verifiedin the certification system "Military Register" for correspondence of the requirements ГОСТ РВ 15.002-2003, ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2001, РК-98КТ by the quality system certification body "MOLOLITSERT".
At PELENG, there are developed, introduces and strictly followed more than 100 technical acts, instructions and standards, that regulate the process of design, development and manufacture of all types of scientific-and-technical products.
